Jeff grew up in Northern Missouri and earned a B.A in the Bible from Hannibal Lagrange University. While there, he met his wife, Brea. They now have three children; Danielle (Dani), age 10, Linnea, age 7 and Colin, age 5. Although called to the ministry at age 17, it was during his years at college that he began to pastor and has served in that capacity since. After HLGU, Jeff went to seminary in Louisville at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. There he earned a MDiv and Ph.D. Along with serving as senior pastor at FBC, Jeff is a faculty member and administrator at HLGU.

Ben Schnipper

Ben grew up in southwestern Illinois, not far from St. Louis. After graduating from high school in 1997, Ben left for Hannibal LaGrange University. At HLG Ben got a degree in Bible and met his wife Peggy. After college Ben and Peggy moved to Kansas City where Ben attended Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated in 2006 with a Masters of Divinity degree. In June of 2006 Ben and Peggy moved to Mexico, MO to begin their ministry at First Baptist Church. In October of 2007 Ben and Peggy welcomed their daughter Jenna into their family. Ben is the Associate Pastor of Youth and Education at First Baptist Church.
Chris Creech

Chris grew up in Barnwell, South Carolina. Throughout high school, Chris did church music work and realized that God wanted to use him in the ministry. In 2005, he graduated and made his way to Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee. There he met his wife, Sarah. He graduated from Carson-Newman in 2009 with a Church Music degree and married Sarah in October 2010. They moved to Mexico and began their ministry with First Baptist Church in July of 2011.
